  1. 01Refunds go to your balance

    All refunds return to your smmchannel balance, ready for your next order.

  2. 02Cancellations

    Canceling a pending order from the order list returns the full amount. Orders that have started run to the end.

  3. 03Partial orders

    When only part of an order is delivered, the undelivered quantity returns to your balance.

  4. 04Refills

    45-day and 120-day refill tiers restore drops during their period. The Basic tier has a lower price instead of refills.

  5. 05Not covered

    Quantity that could not be delivered because of a wrong link, a private channel, or a changed username or link during the order is not refunded.
