01What we collect

A one-way fingerprint of your account key and its last 4 characters, your username and a one-way password hash, your member number, creation date, balance, orders, top-ups and tickets.

The network address used at sign up is kept only as a one-way hash to apply the account limit.

02Social account details

Orders take public links only. We never ask for social login details or passwords. No advertising or visitor tracking tools are used.

03Account key and password

The account key is shown once right after it is made and the original text is not stored. Passwords are also stored only as a one-way hash. At login we only check that they match.

04Cookies

We only use a cookie that keeps you logged in, a cookie that remembers your language, and a cookie that shows a newly made account key in settings for 10 minutes.

05Retention and deletion

Order records are kept because they are needed to track progress and process refunds. To delete your account, log in and send an account ticket from Support.
